Leong co-founded SML Architects with Arlene in 2015. Collaborating with Min, he achieved multiple accolades, including the Gold award for both Ark Café Sibu in PAM Awards 2009 and Sibu Heritage Centre in PAM Awards 2010; the Silver award for Asean Bintulu Fertilizer in PAM Awards 2012 and another Silver award for Masjid Wan Alwi in PAM Awards 2008. Leong has a keen interest in contemporary art and is fascinated by the additional dimension it can bring to architecture.
