Springvale Residences and Suites

The triangular site was a challenge but resulted in an L-shaped apartment block with 140 residential units and a stand-alone office block for the developer. The land falls away from the main road, enabling the car parks to be tucked behind in a sub-basement, and the 2 blocks share a common entrance lobby. The 13-storey apartment block and 7-storey office block are unified by shared landscaped spaces and elevational elements.
