This project is a collaboration with Richard Kirk of KIRK from Brisbane. It is a series of 3-storey semi-detached houses; crafted for the tropical climate with large roof overhangs; sun-screens and outdoor spaces. Its exteriors are dramatic, with the roof folding down to become part of its facade. Internally, tall ceilings are achieved with the use of flat concrete slab construction.
Construction started in June 2023.
