A 0.8-acre triangular site poses many challenges for maximising land use. Despite this, we are able to fit 60 units on 6 floors; with on-ground car parking and pool facilities on the rooftop. The facades of the apartment units are angled to avoid direct west and east sun; set in deep balconies. The result is a compactly designed, efficient and articulate residential development.
