The site is a sloping piece of land that falls away from the access road. It is 1.03 acres and was originally intended for 12 units of 3-storey semi-detached residential units.

Our proposal aims to optimise the land use by placing the car parking below grade (the level of the access road). In this way, one arrives at an outdoor plaza with landscaping and swimming pool as the main features. The residential units are in two 6-storey blocks facing each other across a courtyard. This arrangement is intended to minimise the scale of the development while creating a sense of living in a semi-detached house instead of a multi-storey apartment.
