Situated on the highest floor of the existing block at Bagan Specialist Centre, the new admin offices have ample natural light and picturesque views of the surrounding neighbourhood.

The primary design intention is to maximize natural light while preserving the existing headroom. To achieve this, large glazing has been installed in each department, and all services are exposed, painted white, and concealed with cable trays.

The goal was to create an office space with minimal embellishments, allowing furniture and artwork to define the ambiance. Stained plywood panels have been introduced to add warmth and character to the predominantly white space, accentuating the path from the corridor to room entrances.

Vertical glass slots have been strategically placed between departments to provide a sense of security, especially for those working overtime.

In the managing director’s office, a wooden box has been inserted into the tall ceiling space, creating a striking lantern feature above her work desk.
